  • Condtional Hue/Saturation Adjustment: Allows you to adjust the hue, saturation, or lightness of certain parts of the image based on their existing hue and saturation values.

  • Quadrilateral Reshape: Allows you to stretch your image to an arbitray quadrilateral region.

This plug-in gives Paint.NET icon, cursor, and animated cursor file format support. The above shot shows this plug-in loading an icon file (by Paul Davey). Icon and cursor files can store multiple images within one file and this plug-in lets you choose which image to load.
