This application allows you to convert a section of a unprotected movie file to an animated GIF. DRM protected movie files are not supported. Since the new multimedia capabilites of Windows 7 are used by this application, Windows 7 is required for it to run correctly. If you have Windows Vista or Windows XP, please go here.
Supported formats include WMV, AVI, MPEG, and MP4.

- Fixed a bug that caused certain movie frames to be scrambled.
- Added 2 scroll bars for scrolling through frames. One for fast but not necessarily accurate scrolling and the other for slower but more accurate scrolling.
