It has come to my attention that this program has some dependencies that prevent it from running on other people's computers. I apologize for this. This program has been replaced by my image editor which has all the same features, but a re-written core that solves the dependency issue. The image editor is dependent on the very latest version of DirectX (November 2007 or later), so I can't say it is without dependency issues, but I've had feedback from others saying that at least it runs on their machines.

The image editor allows you to set up custom frame timing, as this program was intended to do, making it more flexible than the simpler movie to animated GIF converter, which is linked to below.
